Does anyone know where characters are saved so I can email my characters to myself to play on a different device with the same characters? Thanks in advance!

I’m playing on Windows on both devices, one is my work laptop and the other is my home desktop, I was just wanting to be able to move the save files from like email or flash drive until online only is implemented so I can keep playing the same characters.
Edit: I usually keep my laptop at work and it has a GTX 960 and my home desktop has a GTX 1080 Ti and 4K , that being one of the major reasons for wanting to move my saves back and forth.
