Hey,

My character got rolled back again, I lost somewhere around one hour of progress. I logged out an hour ago and when I got back in just now I had lost levels and loot.

That sucks to hear

Server hotfix 0.9f2 addressed some causes of rollback but looks like there are some left.

Pick ‘Technical Issues’ from the drop down and provide your:

  • Display Name
  • Character Name
  • Date & Time you noticed the loss (with your time zone or UTC)
  • What type of data was lost
  • How much gameplay time was lost
