I know that the game is still in early access and all that stuff…
Being a game dev myself I understand all that. But the first impression I had when I first saw the character creation was : ‘‘F****** hell those are ugly…I wish it will be better in game.’’
Well…no. Please do not underestimate the look of your characters…Those are the first things the players experiences.
I hope from the bottom of my heart that you will fix those because they look so ugly.

The character creation screen is propably one of the oldest and least polished parts of LE actually. I agree that this doesn’t look that appealing.
Now I doubt that somebody would instantly uninstall and refund because of that solely. So priority is probably somewhere else.
What exactly is it that looks ugly for you on the ingame models? Are you referring to the armor models, character models or animations?
The Primalist and Mage got animation updates in the recent patches. Did you play one of those?
Animations in common are more minimalistic in LE. Sometimes they could be some more dramatic and stylish.
The armor models are ok at start for me. Looking simple and getting more stylish and badass is part of character progression (and MTX is part of the payments models).
So while I would definitely agree that all these points need polishing I would not say they look ugly (at least not the ingame models, character screen really is a different thing).
So priority is probably somewhere else.
