Character missing

My house had a power trip when I was playing. When I logged back in my character was missing. Please send help

Sorry you had this problem.

Currently the characters are stored locally.
C:\Users%Username%\AppData\LocalLow\Eleventh Hour Games\Last Epoch\Saves
You should have a look there and see if there is not a backup version.
You may also look at your Steam files, if you use the synchronization by Steam.

If you don’t find anything and if you don’t have a copy, I fear it will not be possible to retrieve the missing character.

Hi I am able to view the data from this path C:\Users%Username%\AppData\LocalLow\Eleventh Hour Games\Last Epoch\Saves. But how do I retrieve it to my character page ?

Each 1CHARACTERSLOT_BETA_xxx represents a character.
See if you have one recent 1CHARACTERSLOT_BETA_xxx_temp with no 1CHARACTERSLOT_BETA_xxx attached. In that case, remove the “_temp” and try launching the game. That would be a backup copy.
