Character is slowed down near pack of enemies despite not being affected by slow/chill debuff

What went wrong?
When trying to go through pack of monsters, the character slowdown, but its animation remains the same, making the navigation around enemies in order to avoid AoE and Telegraphed attack close to impossible to dodge.

Hmmm… Interesting I got the same in void locations. I thought it could be armour shred enemies applied to character or my character can get Haste for 1 second and it could be it expired. But it seems problem in these things pack enemies really slows character
