my game crashed and when i logged back in, on online mode my character was gone, idk what to do now

Something similar happened to me except with my offline character. After the .9 patch my first ever character that I created 3 years ago was gone. Support doesn’t respond. I see others in this forum with similar issues and no official responses for a very concerning issue. Not filling me with confidence.
