When creating a character, leveling up to 5 or whatever, i click exit and went back to character list and character didnt save all items and level were lost, done it many times, dont know how to fix it, and graphic setting bug, it shows option a, b or c, it doesnt show High medium or low, it only shows “option A, option B, option C” how do i fix this? do i have to uninstall and delete the file and start over?
Have you tried getting Steam to verify the game files?

Yeah, option a b c in the settings is the settings file messed up somehow.

Did you delete the le_graphicsmanager.ini while the game was not running?
This is an important step in resolving the known option a,b,c problem. The other is verifying the game files if you are using steam… They both need to be done before anything else.
yeah i did deleted that, graphic worked fine back to normal but the character created test it, then log back to character, character were lost and not saved
You also need to disable RGB Support in settings - its not working on your system and flooding your log with errors.
You also have a corrupted savegame - 1CHARACTERSLOT_BETA_5 - This must be deleted while the game isnt running from the Saves folder. If you dont remove the corrupted file, it will prevent you from creating new saves or saving progress.

Its in the Saves folder - subfolder to where you found the player.log.
Warning - if you are using Steam Cloud, you must disable it before deleting the file - else Steam will keep trying to copy a cloud version back and cause the problem over and over again.
Dont forget the disabling of the RGB Support - its very important as it can cause a lot of problems over time by overloading the game with debug messages and eventually causing the game to crash, corrupting files or even memory overuse.
wow ok, its working character were saved, i’ve disabled RGB support and disabled steam cloud save and i’ve deleted 1 character slot beta 5
should i put steam cloud enable save back on?
You can if you want, but make sure that it takes the local files as the primary copy - it should ask.

Make manual backups just in case. Its what I do after years of playing beta games - its always a good idea and takes a few seconds.

No, its got nothing to do with Steam or LE, you just copy the saves folder somewhere safe on your system to make a manual backup.
