After losing my level 80 to a crash i power leveled another character to 40 logged out the regular way and lost that one too can you pleaseeeee do something to help me? this is so frustrating you cant even begin to realize

I’m sorry to hear this has happened.
Have your save files been saved locally or on the Steam Cloud?
Unfortunately due to the nature of client based save files, we cannot recover files once they have been lost or corrupted. This will not be the case once we switch to Server-Side save files for multiplayer in patch 0.9, which is set to release later this year.

I am in no way bitter just taught me how to speed level efficiently in the end this was a win
