Character doesnt die at all

I was playing my new spellblade character i noticed i dont actually die so i stopped and tried to die literary nothing killed me. Killed everything like that because well i dont die. I restarted the game to try to see if it continues sorry for that didnt read the bug guide first therefore no screenshot or video. here are the log files and my system.I actually have no idea why that happened btw.

If i close the game then restrart no it doesnt continue but today lol it happened again with my sentinel leveling up. Probably has something to do with the last patches leave game then log in with other character bug. Happened again . If i dont close the game can go deathless for ever its like dev mode
