Character becomes invincible after pause the game during combat (Offline mode)

I have been playing a judgement palading build. My Character will become invincible after pause the game during combat (Offline mode).

This issue started to occur very consistantly after the hotfix (patch1.2.2). When hit the Esc key to pause the game while in combat, a black circle will appear underneath the character, the number for ward value would disappear, then the character will not take damage from any source. If I portal out to a safe area, the black circle will disappear, but the character still reamins incinvible.

I have attached the log file and couple of screenshots, please look into the issue.
