Chapter 4 Quest unable to proceed Main Quest

My storyline won’t proceed. It stuck on Find the Outcast Hideout in Risen Lake.

I’m stuck here as well. If I relog, I can watch the bridge animation again but the circle indicator on the minimap doesn’t move and I can’t progress the quest any further, just like the OP here.

They can not fix it. Better to remove it … if that makes sense

Are you talking about abandoning the quest and picking it back up? Is that something you can do? I don’t see the option but maybe I’m missing it.

Edit: I think this is fixed?! I went back to the area to try again since there have been some patches and the quest seemed to auto-complete, I don’t see any Act IV stuff for me to do anymore.
