After using a Glyph of Chaos to upgrade a suffix on a pair of boots the suffix as shown in the Forge Window changed to “760”, from looking at the boots this is actually “Dodge rating while using evade/x% Increased Dodge rating”
I also had this bug.
Used Glyph of Chaos on a T2 suffix (I can not remember what it was before, but it was useless to torment warlock). I got the “760” mod.
Shattering the items only gave shards for the other two mods.
