Scenario:
When crafting gear (mostly noticed during crafting sessions),
Then you select chaos glyph and the amount is greater than 0,
Then you consume the glyph,
The glyph effect isn’t applied but the count is decreased.
Possible issue:
Either the glyph count shown is wrong (actually 0 but showing positive numbers)
OR the glyph is being consumed and not applied.
