Steps:
Use primalist
Put 4 2x2 idols with “Chance to Cast Lightning Strike when you use a skill that costs at least 10 Mana” prefix.
Go close to enemy or dummy
Cast thorn totem with mana cost 10+

Actual:
Nothing happens

Expected:
Lightning strike should be cast in % of skill use
