Chance To Cast Elemental Nova Idol bug

Hello!
Chance To Cast Elemental Nova idols don’t proc in any way. I have 11% chance with 2 idols, and it has not proc at all. No animation, no damage dealt. I tried on dummy too. 11% is not so little that it doesn’t proct once in while, especially when I shoot Lightning Blast like a submachine gun. So I started a new game to log one minute Lightning Blast spam, whitout any proc.

The idol is when hit not on hit. You need to be hit in order for the idols to proc. Not a bug.

My lack of knowledge of English is the reason I misunderstood. Maybe that’s why they didn’t understand my question in the game either.
