Casual gamer QoL

Hi there!

I love the game, and really love that as a stereotypical gamer dad, I have the option to just load in, run a few echoes and then go to work in the morning, or the same at other times of the day.
One issue I have is if I have to halt gaming for a few days then I forget which timeline I was at before, so I have to go through a few since the loading happens into the observatory (CoF) initially. It would be nice to have some sort of reminder ingame on where I was last time, or maybe a waypoint dedicated to that. For the time being, I am using a post-it, which works but not elegant

Yeah, loading into the Observatory (or Merchants’ Guild for MG toons) is an issue I noted for them a short while back. You have to go the the End of Time Main Island and THEN go the the timelines so you will load in EoT the next time you log in. Any time you are doing monos you should automatically load into EoT if you log out and back in.

I know they are doing some things with monos and hopefully this is one of the fixes they do, as well as showing corruption level for the timelines on the large map.

I suggested this also, awhile back. I suggested putting a marker on the map. I also suggested they show corruption levels on the map, like @Travoas suggested. Glad others are voicing their opinions on this, and hope its implemented soon. It really is a top-priority QoL feature imo, because returning to the game after awhile is so hard, as OP mentioned.

Mike has already confirmed that this will happen in Season 2. It was actually something that they managed to fit in the game because of the delay.

Not really the purpose of this Glyph, but a workaround for you suggestion.

If you use Glyph of Envy it will boost the Stability of the last visited timeline. This is visible in the crafting menu.
So when you open up the crafting menu and put in a Glyph of Envy it will tell you the last Timeline you visited.

Not ideal but should work for what you want at least

That is a nice workaround, havent thought about that!

Just a follow up, since it was shown on Mike’s stream what it looks like:
