“Cast Speed” is included in Ice Barrage’s damage calculation, but is and as indicated has no effect.
→ Therefore I think that Cast Speed should be removed from said damage calculation and instead rather a reference to the fact that Cast Speed ONLY shortens the initial animation for this ability… and nothing more.
