Can't use launcher or steam key

[cpurdy]

Upon running (as administrator) the launcher gives me “unknown error” and asks if i want to retry, this is after it being stuck at 0.0 downloaded every time i ran it, although several hours ago i got to 97.5% but then it stopped. After that, running the launcher only gave me 0.0, and after uninstalling and a fresh install/reboot of computer, it still was stuck like that and now throws that error at me. Steam sync lets me do the steam login, but once i authenticate it just sends me back to the main page, and the steam key link does not work for the next step. Tested my download speeds with your tool and theyre all fine.

Your steam issue is because you’re attempting “http://steamcommunity.com/openid”, Steam does not permit non-secure links via their OAuth. Change to “https://steamcommunity.com/openid” in your PHP file and everything should work.

Edit: Linking works now, just blank steam key. Don’t have any advice on that, from my end just looks like a unrelated script error in rocket-loader. Unless your Steam Key redemption is JavaScript? It might be conflicting with the rocket-loader error as that handles js in some fashion.

Is there an estimate how long the backlog is for support on these blank steam key issues? Just wondering cause sent a mail approx. 3 hours ago and no response yet.

Just for heads up for anyone who is waiting for their blank steam key page to be fixed by sending an email mine took around 6 hours. But I also believe this could very well be the very upper range of time it takes for someones issue to be solved.
