Can't use dungeon ability on controller

I can’t use the Temporal Sanctum’s dungeon ability on controller. D-Pad Left is bound to “Toggle Tooltips for Items on Ground” and I can’t unbind it, nor can I bind anything to “Use Dungeon Ability”. Clicking “Restore Defaults” doesn’t fix this issue.

I’m using a PS4 controller with DS4Windows software to emulate an xbox controller.
