Can't Unlock Lvl 80 Timeline (Quest Progress Stuck)

Doing the first quest of the Blood, Frost, And Death timeline, normal mono. Had already unlocked the lvl 75 timeline, went through again to unlock the 80.

I somehow managed to walk right past the quest indicator for “Find the Frost Brand Wengari Settlement” without triggering it, ended up near the Wengari in the northeast before backtracking to try to get the quest progress update to work.

I eventually got a quest location to appear on the map again, but it’s in the middle of an impassable area on the map. See screenshot below. Note the quest indicator circle just SW of where my character is, in the middle of that tent.

Just gonna port out and try again…

Tried again. Looks like the spot to actually trigger the ‘speak with the frost leader’ part is actually further south of what’s indicated on the map, as I triggered it on approach this time. Guessing it’s just a poor visual? idk. Thanks.

Edit - I don’t know why I just an “M” month and thought it was recent. Will test further and start a new report.
