The pictures shows I have cleared everything yet I still can’t reach the device.
This is an online character. I have already restarted my entire client 5 times, it changes nothing.
I quite literally cannot progress the game anymore. 
edit: It randomly fixed itself after afking in end of time while reading the forum.
Back ingame and clicked the Age of Winter the platform animation suddenly triggered whereas before it didn’t at all.
Good Luck to those that have the same issue, my issue is resolved.
