Can’t target enemies with LMB, there’s no outline. It only happens with these enemy types, I can target other enemies in the same area.
Edit: Can’t target these enemies anywhere, it also happens in other areas.

Bumping this because I have the exact same issue. OP says it happens in other areas as well - I can confirm that the Scalebane bandits are all untargetable, except for the mounted bug-riding ones. Not sure how to embed video like OP did.
