I have enough stability, and the question mark is yellow like it usually is when I am eligible to fight the monolith boss, but when I select hit and then hit “Enter This Echo” nothing happens. I see there is a message at the top saying “Contains Incomplete Path” and don’t remember if that’s always there or not, either way not sure why it won’t start the boss fight.

Also having this issue in reign of dragons.
Mine just got stuck like that too, a couple of times, it seems perma-stuck now.
The workaround seems to be to do the 2 formerly optional quests leading up to it to unblock it, it’s a bit of a chore.
Add to that sometimes the server glitches where zero damage occurs, and you lose some stability to boot forcing you to spend more time on it.
