Can't send messages in global chat

Hello i got the following problem.
At 0.9 launch day i was able to use global (german) chat.
i wrote a few sentences, but when i send one message (which didnt included any insults or ambigious meanings etc.) the answer didnt get send (and i got the message like my answer includes offensive language or sth like that and therefore doesnt get send)
i think i tried it like 5-10 times to figure out which word didnt let me send my msg, as it happened a lot of times, while i tried to figure it out.

now yesterday and today i wanted to use global chat again, (had it turned off the last days before) but i cant see any message which i have send.
neither do i see an error msg.

would be awesome if someone could have a look at this.
is it a common bug or did i get an automatic chat ban due to trying to send the same/slightly different sentence for several times?
if this would be the case please check those sentences manually, so u can see i didnt write anything inappropirate.

Same issue, just wrote one sentence in global, „back from a certain beta, what did I miss“

Same as well. Only managed to send one message with a question regarding game and now my messages don’t appear on chat.

Same problem here. I can see global chat, but I cannot talk in it. I don’t see my messages.

I changed my name on Steam and have since lost the ability to chat in Global. So this is a fun thing.

Same… Can see chat but can’t write in global or whisper people since the second day of 0.9
