My character from beta ( finished the storyline ) is in Maj’Elka Upper District and I want to join one of the factions. From what I’ve read online You should talk to Zerrick and he should start a conversation about factions but instead he just goes with “You’re now looking at the new leader of the Scalebane…”. Am I missing something or is it a MAJOR bug?

running into the same issue
Having the same Problem in Offline Legacy as well as Online Legacy.
What I tried so far:
Switching to several Chars in both modes
Restarting Games as well as PC
Entering Maj’Elka in different Ways (via Fast Travel and from adjacent Zones)
Verifing Game Data via Steam
I hope this can be fixed asap, now that server issues are getting under control!
Ok got the answer to this. just go through the door to oasis if I remember right. Instead of going there You will be teleported to a MajElka part where Zerick tells You about the factions
