Can't put a point in Lunge's Torchbearer

I can’t put a skill point into torchbearer. I do have the 2 needed points to reach the node.

Update:

I have an item that gives +1 to physical skills.
Torchbearer changes the ability to fire, so that’s why I couldn’t allocate a point into it.

Unsure if this is intended, but I found the reason why this happened.
