Can't proceed quest "The Shard"

I have advanced to the point of the quest “The Shard” where the objective is “Speak with Leena in the Keeper’s Camp,” but when I go talk to her, nothing happens and the quest doesn’t progress. This is the only quest I have and is preventing me from going any further in the game.

Same issue

What worked for me was teleporting to the Osprix Warcamp, moving through that to The Summit, and fighting the boss again, then talking to Barles and going back to the keeper’s camp
