although I haven’t had any problems with the controls in Last Epoch, I know how you feel OP
It really does suck to be forced to use a different control scheme than you’re comfortable with simply because it isn’t supported. I’ve experienced this with other games, and it makes me lose interest and not want to play them.
Ok I’m gonna hop in and say this.
Guys you are white knighting super hard here. He has a valid observation, you cannot easily (afaik) bind a skill to left click. This is fairly common in the genre, you can bind skills to left click. Personally I don’t really care if there’s a skill on left click, I get using left click to move and right click to use my skills (also there’s a set number of skills the devs want you to have access to at one time for balance reasons, so if they were to add left click skill they’d simply remove one of the skills from your skill bar, you’re not gonna get another skill).
That said, I feel like his post was VERY confrontational and whiny, but guys we shouldn’t be shooting back at him over this based on his tone, that’s for the Devs, you guys should not be reacting in this way. All feedback is valid yadda yadda. Feel free to give your opinions to the devs that you don’t care about his complaint and you don’t want dev resources devoted to implementing what to you is an unimportant feature, but don’t attack this guy.
