Can't place items into Relic of the Observer

Tested in both timelines
Rogue. Both rogue’s and sentinel’s helmets and body arms
With forging potential. Not sealed attributes
UPD but somehow works with prime’s body armor T7 Attunement :expressionless:
And doesn’t work with prime’s helmet t7 vit

I had the same issue, but it did work on a pair of boots, where I could replace intelligence with strength. I think maybe “attribute affix” means just one of intelligence, strength, dexterity or attunement.
