So this happenned to me in campaign and now that I first time got to end game it starts again. I completed an echo, came back to Echo of a World and clicked the chest in the middle of the area, I did the echo because it granted a unique item… I open it up and just a unique BEAM and no item… cannot pick it up.
I have loot filter but I dont hide stuff like that… I tried disable lootfilter, push Z nothing works. Just bugged… pretty annoying if I miss unique items… makes me just quit the game and return in a year.
