Can’t remember what this zone was called but the moment I entered it, items would drop but show no label or anything else. There was nothing I could do to pick them up. It wasn’t a loot filter issue, I haven’t messed with that at all. I pressed “z” and nothing happened either. The issue continued into the next zone. Weirdly, I could still pick up gold though.

This is either a lootfilter or something odd with the ground item tooltips
The ground tooltips for pickup was changed in a recent patch to Alt-Z and the X toggles the filters… If this still happens then I would check with those toggles.
Aside: The game is in beta and when an odd thing like this happens, its sometimes also corrected with restarting the game…
Your log doesnt show any debug errors that would indicate a specific issue related to any item drops…
