I can’t move when I enter the quest “Last March of the Dead” (second quest for Fall of the empire monolith), therefore I can’t proggress further on this monolith.
Can’t move, can’t use teleport although I can use other skills and even kill mobs if they come close. Tried reopening the game, teleporting out and in again but nothing solved the issue.

Does this occur in any other zones or is it just this one? You could potentially try verifying your game files through steam but posting your Player.Log file could be helpful to us as well.
I verified game files through steam and it fixed 3 missing files. Tried doing the quest again and it worked, thanks for the fast answer!
