Generally, you should include:
Can’t login to character Torik_MM with “You lost connection to the game server” error, location - Council Chambers. All other characters work well.

I have same problem. I wrote ticket support over a week ago and they still haven’t done anything.
Have the same issue, happened last night. assumed it was server maint. Today still couldnt login. So after spamming it for a while i tried another character - works perfectly. Very frustrating.
Did more research - mine seems to be connected to the heorot cutscene as i was stuck in the map after he gets attacked by the fire bird. once i tp out the game crashed and character got bricked…
