Not enough info there for anyone to help you… Unless there is a specific problem, usually restarting, verifying the game files or trying again in a few minutes gets past this kind of issue.
I recommend you open a bug report (Bug or Technical section of the forum) and include your player.log, le_graphicsmanager.ini and the output of a dxdiag report (win)/system info(linux)… Useful files - Last Epoch Support Hub
Alternatively OR if you are getting a login with a specific error code, then Submit a request – Last Epoch Support.
