All i get is “loading echo” screen and I cant do anything. It happens for all echoes in all of my characters. Sometime, at random moments, I was able to run once or twice echo, but then at another try I get stuck again. Only alt+f4 is working but usually echoes are still unplayable.

You should try verifying Steam files. It has helped with this issue in the past.
Then, if the issue persists, post your log, graphic ini files and a dxdiag report

Issue fixed.
There was 1 file corrupted (according to Steam integrity verification) and after redownloading it echoes works just fine. I have finished more than 10 echoes till now and no issue encountered.
