Can't get back on island where my main quest is

I got sent to an island doing a quest “liath and Thetima” i think.
And i left as soon as i got there and now i can’t get back. I did not activate any waypoints and i can only backtrack how to get there being trough the quest, but i’ve already completed that.

so i’m stuck xD

Hi there – some people have been able to work around these sorts of issues by grouping with someone and teleporting to them
