Can't enter a game at all anymore

Basically the game crashes every few hours and often corrupts my files, but I recover those though BAK files, but this time, it just refuses to let me in with my existing offline chars. I click on “ENTER GAME” and nothing happens for all my chars.

And if I create a new one, it gets stuck on loading screen instead.

Halp.
