I am unable to complete “Sanity in the Darkness” on a Lich character. Upon entering the area the Imperial simply isn’t there to interact with, but all the soul batteries are. I tried getting the symbol of hope then revisiting the area but no good. Open to suggestions on what else to try.
Did you get an answer to this problem? I’m having the same problem, I can see the soul batteries but no spirit to free, I have the dock symbol of hope but not Imperial’s phylactery one. Any help is appreciated.
I haven’t actually played my Lich in a while, so I don’t know if the issue is fixed or not.
