Can't Claim Echo Bonus Reward

Finished an echo. Can’t click on the bonus rewards in the middle of the area. (The normal rewards chest works fine.) See screenshot. I swear I’m clickin’ on this thing like mad and nothing’s happening. Tried a bunch of different angles and hunting for a magic pixel in a certain spot that would crack it open =(

May also be worth nothing that, prior to this, there was the visual artifact of another bonus reward crystal just chillin’ in this area. One from a prior echo stuck around. Mentioning in case relevant.

Also this thing doesn’t seem to have normal collision. Can’t even recall now if it usually does, just thought I’d point out how I’m all up in it, and can move right through it. But I can sort of get deflected off some edges of it.

Update: still not working next echo as well. I don’t know if you’ll be able to see well in this screenshot, but there are 2+ models of the prism overlapped, only one animates, and it’s the one that highlights upon mouseover. The other model/models (who knows how many are stacked underneath) are static and don’t light up as interactable.
