The first two alts I made, I was able to pick a faction in ‘The Keeper’s Camp’. However, I’ve just re-rolled a new toon and the people to choose a faction are no longer there? I’ve tried making 4 characters now and not on of them have the Faction Leaders in the first town. I can use the same stash as the other characters and also if I press ‘Y’ I can clearly see their rank so I know I’m not mistakenly making a Legacy or a HC Char. Few screenshots attached below:
