Is this intentional?
Adding friends just works fine. What’s your problem on that matter? Do you get a message that says “you can’t add friends right now”? What did you do to add a friend and what exactly didn’t work?
One needs context 
I made another post about this. Someone should delete this one or merge maybe? I put other post in Tech support. Chat message in game just reads “Failed to send friend request” there is nothing else of a error. Add friend from in side social panel. I added 1 friend the day I jumped into this game. Now its been 2 days and I can’t add anyone else. I will check steam files. I did not do that yet because I just downloaded the game.
