I can’t add a certain friend to my list. When I add his character or his account in the “Add Friend” dialog, the chat window gets a pink message saying “System: Failed to send friend request”. I have added other friends. This friend actually added me, and sees me online, but he does not show up in my list, persisting through restarts of the game and my computer.
