Can't access an online character

Hi

I’m trying to access an online legacy character. My computer is up to date, game is up to date. Also, all other online Seasonal and Legacy characters, I can log into them with no issues.

There is only one that I can’t connect to and prompts an LE-65 error with a “lost connection to the game server”.

I’ve checked integrity game files, restarted, cleared dns cached, used a hot spot, etc.

Please help.

Never mind found a fix on the Discord LE channel. Fix was to change the server. I went to US West to US Central and back.
