Can confirm this bug seems to be with most projectiles, and in multiple spots in Titan’s Canyon (there was a spot on the initial bridge right before the grinders and before the area on the video). I tried firing Flurry/Multishot, Shuriken, Detonating Arrow, Puncture and Cinder Strike and got no projectiles. Umbral Blades just stops right next to you. Acid Flask, Decoy and setting a Ballista work, but I dunno if the Ballista can shoot.
I wanted to report the same problem with projectiles.
