Hey, everybody. After the latest patch 1.1.7.11 stopped working online mode. Selected a character, pressed Enter game, appears the phrase Connecting, and after a few seconds (10-30) it disappears, but further into the game I am not allowed. Subsequent attempts to enter the game (pressing Enter game) cut off as well, but faster (1-2 seconds).
In the log Player.log found errors Connection timed out.
Please advise me what is actually the problem and how to fix it.

Strange. You are the first that I’ve seen complain about online. Most of us can’t access offline. It happens exactly the same as you describe, but for offline characters only for me. I created an online character and have been playing it for now, but the lag is crazy bad, so hope they get this fixed for everyone soon.

Hi. The problem is still reproduced, but now, after patch 1.1.7.12, it is a little better. If before every attempt to connect was unsuccessful, now about 3-4 times let me into the game. But even so it still seems extremely strange, because before patch 1.1.7.11 such a problem was not observed, connection was always successful.
Our team is investigating something at the moment to see if it may be causing any issues. An In Game Bug Report would be helpful once you are able to log in after a few failures.
If anything changes for you, please let me know and I will keep an eye out for any updates!
I already used Game Bug Report when after installing patch 1.1.7.11 attempts to connect failed.
Anyway, thanks for the advice! If I encounter this problem again, I will definitely use this feature again.
