Cannot pick up unique item

Hi I’ve dropped a unique item but am unable to select it to pick it up, even with loot filter disabled. Screenshot attached in the zip.

Edit: Just posted this but then dropped another unique that I couldn’t pick up. I’m also not sure if I can pick up any item as no other items are visible from the post echo chest. I also realised that I didn’t see any items drop while I was clearing the echo in the first screenshot above.

Could this be a mistake of misclicking “Z” which hides all items on the ground?

Hi - I suppose it could have been. I didn’t know about “Z” till just now - and guess there is no way of going back to test.

I’ll mark this as complete and watch out to see if it happens again.
