UPDATE 1
It happened when going back to The Council Chambers. And it fixed itself now, but it took a couple of hours.
UPDATE 2
This has now happened 3 times in 2 days. One of the times I could reconnect immediately, but the other times had a period afterwards where I could not connect.
My seasonal character (SirSentinel) got disconnected while loading into a zone around level 14. Since then, I cannot log in with that character—only get “Lost Connection to Game Server.” All other characters (seasonal and legacy) work fine. I’ve tried changing regions, flushing DNS, disabling cloud sync, and verifying files. Please help unstick or restore this character.
