I log in to online play, I get to character select and it says connecting and I get booted out. Offline mode is fine. I’ve checked my firewall, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and nothing is working. Any help, please?!!

Your logs have a number of instances of this message:
2023-03-25T21:11:03.8649431+00:00 System.DllNotFoundException: Unable to load DLL ‘LogitechLedEnginesWrapper’: The specified module could not be found.
- Do you have Logitech RGB Keyboard?
- Do you have the settings enabled at the bottom (see https://imgur.com/a/go7zH5Y )?
I would try disabling the setting and, if you do have the keyboard, possibly re-installing or removing the keyboard drivers.
In the event you do not have one of these, you can try verifying your Steam game files: Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files
If that doesn’t work, please upload your DxDiag report per the below link:
On another post, I also advised the user to try disabling the RGB setting via the Registry (which I wouldn’t normally advise but it seems they cannot get to the Settings screen):
- Press Windows+R
- Enter the command regedit
- Press Enter and acknowledge admin rights if you need it
- Navigate to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Eleventh Hour Games\Last Epoch
- Find the setting starting RGB_Enabled_
- Double-click it and set the value to 0

Same problem with a Brand new Machine that I just received. I have 2 games installed so far Last Epoch and Path of Exile. I have a Hyperx Elite series keyboard. I got in 2 days ago after I set up the new PC and have not been able to after that. I have the RGB setting turned off

i also cant log in past choosing a character. yesterday i lagged for over 10 minutes without a DC. on a map where fire rings were exploding on the ground from a tower. i basically held down rive which heals me most of the 10 minutes. used the whirlwind attack a few times and ran thru the maps empty areas a few times. realising its not gunna fix it self i think i did esc and exit or leave game. today i showed my friend my offline list of characters, then tried logging in to my online one. 4 times it wont connect to end game map.
