Cannot get into Keeprs Camp (new Chapter 1)

Just finished downloading the new update ‘Rising Flames’ and started a new character. I got as far as the end of the burning forest Keepers Camp entrance where I found I could not proceed further by using either a keypad or mouse.

I have the same issue, atuck on entering keepers camp.

Same here, I can’t even connect to my other character in end game either. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.
