Cannot empower all timelines but all are complete?

All of my timelines have been completed (aside from Shattered Road. I cannot interact with the “stone” in the middle path that would previously empower all timelines. Weirdly, some of mine are empowered however…

Additionally, it still shows my mastery quest is not complete. I’ve tried to talk to Gaspar and the Knight back and forth several times. I tried to reset my mastery and all points (expensive). Nothing works. Not sure if this is related.

I’ve tried to beat all the timelines again…still nothing.

Someone please help, this is so frustrating.

I have exactly the same situtation, i tried all the tricks in books that i could find but none of them helped me out. it’s frustrating to put many hours to the game and encounter such problem and im not those players who enjoy leveling just to start over again…
